ARI of Connecticut, Inc. announces board officers and directors for 2009-2010

ARI of Connecticut, Inc. a Stamford based organization that provides jobs, homes and support services to people with disabilities, is proud to announce their new board officers and directors for 2009-2010. The ARI board of directors is comprised of volunteers dedicated to the mission of ARI. The 2009-2010 board includes 21 community spirited volunteers that give leadership to the staff of ARI.

The new board officers include:

Allan Sussman, Stamford, Chairperson
Christopher M. Foxall, Stamford, Chairperson-Elect
Gail Malloy, Stamford, Vice Chairperson
John Downing, Stamford, Secretary
Kamalesh Banerjee, Ph.D., Treasurer

Joining the board of directors is:

Bonnie Kim Campbell, Stamford
Vernetta Gallop, M.D., Norwalk
Amy Grabowski, Bethel
Candy Knott, Stamford
Peter LaForte, Stamford
Clare Liberis, Fairfield
Dara L. Rosenbaum, Stamford
Neftali Soto, Stamford
Scott M. Wich, Trumbull

ARI of Connecticut is a community service organization founded over fifty years ago by a group of parents and friends of people with developmental disabilities. Since 1952, ARI has grown into a six million dollar organization and is a leading agency that provides high quality residential, respite, recreation, vocational and day services in Stamford and surrounding towns.
