New Milford Hospital Announces Next Series of Strong Women™ Strong Bones Fitness Program

NEW MILFORD, CT - Starting in January, New Milford Hospital offers the next series of Strong Women™ Strong Bones, a national, evidence based fitness program designed to prevent and reverse osteoporosis/osteopinea and promote general health and wellness. Each session affords seven weeks (two classes per week) of exercise targeted to middle-aged and older women to increase strength, balance and flexibility, and is appropriate for both sedentary and active women.

The next series of seven week classes begin on the following dates and locations:

Tuesday’s and Friday’s
2-3:15 p.m.
Dates: January 8, 2013-February 22, 2013
March 5, 2013-April 19, 2013

Dates: January 8, 2013-February 23, 2013

The Washington Senior Center

2-3:15 p.m.
Dates: January 7, 2013 - February 20, 2013
March 4, 2013 - April 17, 2013

The cost is $85 for seven weeks of classes, and the fee is pro-rated if you plan to join mid-session.
