Local health care facility Stamford Sports & Spine has recently developed key programs in order to promote a healthy and natural lifestyle for the local Stamford community. Through interactive events, health fairs, and innovative payment programs, Sports & Spine is striving to show the public how great bodywork can benefit their lives. Stamford Sports & Spine is currently donating complimentary massage service to companies in the greater Stamford area; in order to provide stress & pain relief developed through the daily grind and to increase our workforces’ ability to perform mental & physical tasks.

“I’ve always been astounded when I hear people discuss their 12 hour work days. These hard-working individuals rarely leave their desks and constantly find themselves hunched over staring at a computer screen. This level of immobility can create tension and fatigue, decrease energy, and lower productivity in the workplace. We provide these complimentary employee events in order to not only increase morale and productivity for the company, but to really put forth the positive results of great bodywork…and who doesn’t like a free massage?” – Dr. Andrew Zomick. Stamford Sports & Spine

Stamford Sports & Spine has recently donated this service to employees at GE, Ashforth, First County Bank, and Affinion Group. To increase overall health & wellness program awareness in the area, the group has also provided lectures, injury prevention tips and massages to community and charity initiatives such as Swim Across America, KIC-IT Triathalon, , and the Haitian Community Center.

In addition to interacting with the community through events, Stamford Sports & Spine has recently integrated a health care payment-program, allowing their services to be available to individuals whom perhaps had trouble affording care in the past. By offering CareCredit, a healthcare credit card specifically designed to pay for treatments and procedures not covered by insurance, Stamford Sports & Spine is looking to open their doors and offer their care to a broader audience.

Stamford Sports & Spine is an integrative wellness center providing fabulous bodywork in a fun and upbeat environment. Our professional, state-of-the-art facility offers a full-range of specialties geared towards stress and pain relief. These specialties include: gentle chiropractic care, private room table massage, physiotherapy, and core strengthening/conditioning exercises.
