The Watermark at 3030 Park to host Laughter for Life club

On Tuesday, September 7, The Watermark at 3030 Park will host its monthly Laughter for Life club meeting from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m. in the second floor lounge. This month’s topic is “The Art and Science of Health and Happiness” and will feature guest presenter Richard Kuepper. Kuepper worked as a life coach with self-help author and national success coach Tony Robbins for seven years. Currently, he serves as president of the Connecticut-based corporate learning and development company, L.E.A.D. USA.

For his presentation, Kuepper will teach residents and guests of The Watermark at 3030 Park strategies for achieving greater levels of happiness and sense of well-being.

The Laughter for Life Club is offered through Watermark University, a continuing education program designed with interesting topics to promote brain and body fitness in seniors. The club is part of Watermark University’s “Vitality” series. Laughter for Life Club meetings are free of charge and open to the public, and refreshments will be served.
