BRIDGEPORT, CT - The Bridgeport Sound Tigers announced today that they have reassigned forward Nick Larson to the Stockton Thunder (ECHL). In addition, defenseman Mike Dalhuisen has also been loaned to Stockton.

Larson, 24, had six points (four goals, two assists) in 17 games for the Sound Tigers since being recalled on Oct. 16. He was selected by the Calgary Flames in the fourth round (108th overall) of the 2008 NHL Draft. Larson also played four years at the University of Notre Dame and scored 47 points (25 goals, 22 assists) in 152 games for the Fighting Irish.

Dalhuisen, 24, was recalled by the Sound Tigers on Nov. 10. He had previously been loaned to Stockton on Oct. 16. Dalhuisen played four games with the Sound Tigers and recorded 12 penalty minutes. In seven games with the Thunder this season, Dalhuisen has five points (three goals, two assists) and 32 penalty minutes. Dalhuisen signed an entry-level AHL deal on April 19 after helping lead Quinnipiac University to the NCAA championship game last season.

The Sound Tigers head to Albany for a 7 p.m. game on Friday before returning home for Pink Rink night against the Providence Bruins Saturday at 7 p.m.
