Stamford, CT – August 2, 2010 – CB Richard Ellis today announced the addition of Jon Knudsen as an Associate to its talented Westchester/Fairfield office, based out of Stamford, CT. He will be working with CBRE’s Michael Siegel, executive vice president, and both David Block and Steven Greenbush, first vice presidents, in servicing commercial real estate needs throughout the northern suburbs of New York City. Robert Caruso, senior managing director of CB Richard Ellis’ Stamford operation, made the announcement.

In his position as associate, Mr. Knudsen will use his market knowledge to deliver commercial real estate services on behalf of both office tenants and property owners throughout Fairfield and Westchester counties. In addition, CB Richard Ellis’ global presence will enable him to service clients on regional, national and global levels.
Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Knudsen specialized in retail leasing for Robert K. Futterman & Associates in Manhattan. He began his career at Vidal/Wettenstein, LLC in Westport, CT, where he focused on retail and office brokerage services.
Mr. Knudsen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and holds real estate licenses in Connecticut and New York. He is also an active volunteer for St. Paul’s Church in Darien, CT. Mr. Knudsen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in legal studies and political science from John Jay College in Manhattan, where he participated in the study abroad program at Moscow State University in Russia.
