Litzie began her banking career as a part-time teller at Peoples Bank. After a short time she was promoted to Assistant Head Teller, then a Financial Service Associate. Before leaving Peoples, she had earned the title of Assistant Service Manager. She attended Norwalk Community College graduating with an Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration and continued her education at Berkley College earning a Bachelor of Science in International Business. She is an active volunteer, involved with relief efforts within her local community and abroad. She is also a Big Sister with the Boys and Girls Club. Litzie is excited about banking on a community level, noting “Customers get the attention they deserve at a community bank. Large banks have actually hired greeters to address customers.
