In his new position, Tom will be offering an expanding client base affordable, reliable transportation, along with integrated warehousing and inventory control that provides accountability throughout the distribution life-cycle.
Having spent the prior 4 years as Operations Manager for MEYER Logistics, Tom brings a unique and educated approach to identifying and designing appropriate, cost-effective solutions to address the specific distribution challenges of each and every client. “Tom’s team-oriented spirit and can-do attitude are hugely beneficial in this type of role,” says Jim Brown, Vice President of Business Development. “We look forward to his initiatives and accomplishments in 2012 and beyond.”
Reporting to Pete Oman, Director of Sales, Tom has already assumed his new position and is eagerly bringing even more 21st century logistics tools and techniques to the successful and highly-respected 97-year-old firm.
