CB Richard Ellis recently announced the addition of Tyler Lyman to its Stamford office as an associate in the Retail Services Group. In his new role, Mr. Lyman joins CBRE’s Jessica Curtis in providing tenant representation, project leasing, site selection and disposition services to large corporate retail users in the northern suburbs of New York City, with primary attention to Fairfield and Westchester counties.
