Union Savings Bank President and CEO John C. Kline is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Morton to vice president, development specialist and James Rusiecki to vice president, corporate services.

“On behalf of the entire Union Savings Bank team, I want to congratulate both Jill and Jim on their well-deserved promotions,” said Kline. “Having worked with us for several years, both individuals have a true understanding of our bank and will undoubtedly continue to represent us well. We’re proud to have them on our team.”

As vice president, development specialist for the education and development department of the bank, Morton’s responsibilities will include technical and design support to Union Savings' branch network relating to procedures, formal branch manuals, security manuals and systems that communicate established bank policies and procedures.

Morton has worked with Union Savings Bank since 1996. She most recently held the position of assistant vice president, deposit operations manager. She received an Associates degree in business from Post College and resides in Bethel, Conn.

As vice president, corporate services, Rusiecki will oversee sales of cash management products and customer training for all of the bank’s cash management product lines. In addition, he will manage the bank’s debit and credit card portfolio and USBonline.com's business internet banking program.

Rusiecki has worked with Union Savings Bank since 2001, holding the positions of corporate services specialist, cash management officer and, most recently, assistant vice president, corporate services. Rusiecki received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and psychology from Charter Oak State College.

Rusiecki is a 10- year resident of Marion, Conn. He holds a Certified Treasury Professional certification and is an active member of the Association for Financial Professionals, as well as the New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) rules committee.
