Visual Concepts announces addition of new team member

Visual Concepts Media, Inc., a Windsor , CT based web-development and video production firm, announces an addition to its growing staff. The company hired Stephanie Serrenho as an Account Manager, where she’ll serve as a member of the firm’s dedicated team of sales professionals.

In this role, Stephanie will focus on strengthening and further developing relationships with clients in a multitude of industries in a national capacity. She joins the sales staff and entire digital media team in their commitment to producing creative communication that gets results for their clients.

Prior to joining Visual Concepts, Stephanie enjoyed a distinguished career in the hospitality industry, working as a Corporate Sales Manager. She assisted in business development and marketing efforts for a full service hotel, lounge and restaurant. Stephanie also worked closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing as well as with the hotel’s Regional Revenue Manager in order to achieve and exceed revenue goals for the property.
