Stamford, CT - Ian Ceppos, senior associate of CBRE’s Westchester/Fairfield office, has been appointed to the Office of Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester, NY, Inc. He was previously Secretary in 2010. As Vice President, Mr. Ceppos will be responsible for building a stronger organization, which effectively addresses current and future needs of the members and industry. In the absence or inability of the President to serve, he will perform the duties of the President, or in the event the office of the President becomes vacant, Mr. Ceppos will succeed to that position. In addition, he will serve as a voting member on the Board of Directors.
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) is a primary source of information on office building development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics and technological developments.
