A flurry of leasing activity and tenant interest has characterized The Offices At Greens Farms (55/57 Greens Farms Road) in Westport, Conn. since it was acquired in February 2013 by The Silverman Group. Cushman & Wakefield, the property’s exclusive leasing agent, announced recently that three new leases and one renewal have been signed. This includes new leases from Westport Resources Management, Inc. for 10,377 square feet; Symphony Workplaces of Connecticut, LLC for 17,640 square feet; Allianz Investment Management, LLC for 2,552 square feet; and a renewal from Sasco Energy Partners, LLC for 6,590 square feet.
The Cushman & Wakefield leasing team is comprised of Steve Baker, senior director; Tom O’Leary, senior director; and Adam Klimek, director. The tenant representative for Westport Resources Management, Inc was Jeff Gage, managing principal, Cresa Partners. Tom O’Leary of Cushman & Wakefield represented Allianz Investment Management, Adam Klimek of Cushman & Wakefield represented Sasco Energy Partners; and Symphony Workplaces of Connecticut represented themselves.

A significant capital improvement program is underway at The Offices At Greens Farms. Renovations include a new café with seating and food service, a fitness center, elevator cabs, signage, shuttle service to the Westport train station and to downtown Westport, a full-building generator (800 KW) and professionally designed landscaping and outdoor lighting.
