Boston-based Davis Marcus Partners (DMP) has signed two lease agreements totaling more than 31,000 square feet at 187 Danbury Road in Wilton, Connecticut. DMP welcomes new tenant Bottomline Technologies, which has signed a new lease to occupy more than 13,000 square feet of space, and has renewed existing tenant SiriusDecisions, which has more than doubled its space within the building.

Originally built as the headquarters for Dun & Bradstreet, 187 Danbury Road is a first-class office building containing 136,000 square feet. Widely considered one of the premier properties along the Route 7 corridor, the building features many amenities, including a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, concierge service, and a shuttle service to the South Norwalk train station. In addition, 187 Danbury Road is one of the few multi-tenant office buildings in Fairfield County with a full building back-up generator.

Bottomline Technologies provides cloud-based payment, invoice and banking solutions to corporations, financial institutions and banks around the world. The company is a leading provider of legal spend management solutions, with over 11,000 law firms active on its network. Headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, Bottomline also maintains offices in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Jeff Gage and Richard Opalenik of Cresa Fairfield County and Bob Misdom from the Cresa Atlanta office represented the Tenant in the transaction and David Allen of Davis Marcus Partners represented the Landlord.

SiriusDecisions is based in Wilton, CT with offices in London, Montreal and San Francisco. Tom Pajolek, Executive Vice President of CBRE, Inc., represented the Tenant in the transaction and David Allen of Davis Marcus Partners represented the Landlord.

“For the past five years, 187 Danbury Road has been a great location for us to maintain our corporate headquarters and grow the company,” said Rich Benvenuto, Vice President, Finance and Administration at SiriusDecisions. “Davis Marcus Partners understood our needs, and the improvements they made to the property coupled with their competitive pricing made our decision to stay an easy one.”
