Boston-based Davis Marcus Partners (DMP) has signed two lease agreements totaling more than 31,000 square feet at 187 Danbury Road in Wilton, Connecticut. DMP welcomes new tenant Bottomline Technologies, which has signed a new lease to occupy more than 13,000 square feet of space, and has renewed existing tenant SiriusDecisions, which has more than doubled its space within the building.
Originally built as the headquarters for Dun & Bradstreet, 187 Danbury Road is a first-class office building containing 136,000 square feet. Widely considered one of the premier properties along the Route 7 corridor, the building features many amenities, including a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, concierge service, and a shuttle service to the South Norwalk train station. In addition, 187 Danbury Road is one of the few multi-tenant office buildings in Fairfield County with a full building back-up generator.
Bottomline Technologies provides cloud-based payment, invoice and banking solutions to corporations, financial institutions and banks around the world. The company is a leading provider of legal spend management solutions, with over 11,000 law firms active on its network. Headquartered in Portsmouth, NH, Bottomline also maintains offices in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Jeff Gage and Richard Opalenik of Cresa Fairfield County and Bob Misdom from the Cresa Atlanta office represented the Tenant in the transaction and David Allen of Davis Marcus Partners represented the Landlord.
