Norwalk, CT - When Norwalk Realtor, Michael Church, was given the opportunity to spearhead the leasing of Summerview Square, Norwalk’s newest residential rental community, he had no idea how popular it would be and how successfully the units would rent.

Michael Church, an agent for William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty’s Norwalk Brokerage, took on this assignment with optimism and a strong marketing plan. Within 7 months, all 13 units in Phase I were 100% occupied. His knowledge of the Norwalk rental market and his strong acumen for pricing created a demand which in turn allowed Phase I to exceed rent roll projections provided in bank proforma. Needless to say, the developers of Summerview Square and the bank are very happy with its success.

Summerview Square is now an award winning development. These prestigious awards include The Homebuilders Industry 2010 Awards for: Fairfield County Community of the Year, Best Rental Unit and Best Rental Community. Norwalk’s Mayor, Richard Moccia, called Summerview Square, “the City's standard for all future residential housing of its type”.

Summerview Square is conveniently located close to popular restaurants, great shopping and spectacular scenery.

Phase II consists of 8 units and will be marketed and available in May 2011. “The demand for Phase II is so strong, that we’ve already begun development of Phase III”, Mr. Church said, “Anyone interested in the development should reserve theirs now!”

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty is a Norwalk based company with 30 offices throughout Fairfield County, the Shoreline, Litchfield County and Westchester County, NY.
