Stamford, CT - Downtown apartment living in Stamford will reach a whole new level with the unveiling of Parallel 41 apartment residences, 124 luxury rentals opening in Spring 2012. The ideally-situated downtown location provides a perfect solution for the demands of today’s lifestyle. Parallel 41 will be within walking distance of both work and play, allowing residents to take advantage of everything that is happening in Stamford.

With its dramatic walls of glass, the dynamic lobby is the first of many exquisitely designed environs offering ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. The amenities at Parallel 41 are designed to encourage socialization while allowing for the option of quiet reflection. Residents will discover many special features throughout, such as: the interactive Latitude Lounge & Game Gallery; the Parallel Health Club’s technologically advanced fitness and Pilates equipment; and the 360? Roof Deck, which features an outdoor kitchen, two full-size Weber grills with imported porcelain counter, sinks, bar preparation areas and flat screen TVs, all set against stunning city views. This spa-inspired space — filled with modern, cushioned seating, outdoor showers, ipe walls, and chaise lounges with beverage and iPod holders — is ideal for sunning on the weekends or a relaxing with a group of friends after work.

Inside, one and two bedroom apartment homes will feature upscale interior details, such as white porcelain countertops imported from Spain, tiled designer bathrooms and soaring ceilings reaching up to 20 feet high. The 18 penthouses offer private roof terraces for sunbathing and entertaining. Parallel 41 will be managed with care by Connecticut-based TRIO Properties, LLC, known for providing the highest standards in resident services, operations and maintenance. Eileen Swenson, President of Trio Properties, is pleased to be back in Stamford. “We are fortunate to have the opportunity to reunite a customer service-oriented management and leasing team who have worked together in the past. They have a stellar track record in Stamford and other areas of Fairfield County. All of the members of the TRIO team are thrilled to be a part of the Parallel 41 community.”

Parallel 41’s interior spaces, designed with sleek lines, calming hues and inviting textures, are the creation of Julia L. Walters-Curanaj, IIDA of JL Design Associates. The firm’s philosophy blends function with aesthetics, resulting in a perfect balance of efficiency and style. "The goal was to provide an elevated quality of life through design," says Julia. "We were inspired to produce unique environments for Parallel 41 that would create inimitable experiences for the residents, a sense of community and privacy, and a feeling that makes them want to stay.”
