Southbury, CT - RHYS Commercial, a regional real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the recent leasing transaction at Southbury Plaza in Southbury, CT to TJ Maxx. Jason Wuchiski, Senior Vice President and Tyler Lyman, Senior Associate, represented the owner of the property, Southaven Associates LLC, in a long term lease for approximately 22,000 square feet.

“We are very excited to have TJ Maxx in Southbury Plaza,” said Jason Wuchiski. “It is a perfect shopping center for them given the location and the ease of access to and from I-84. We’re certain they will be very happy here.”
