The location has been home to the well-known corporate and event catering firm for the past 12 years and the new lease term will keep the company in Stamford for the next decade. With its lease term approaching its end, David's Catering owner David Cingari explored a number of lease and purchase options throughout Fairfield County before deciding to try to remain in its existing facility.
"In this economic environment, it is the smart thing for tenants to explore their options and for landlords to do what they can to retain their tenants," said Gillon. "This extension made sense for both David and Elm Street.
