***image1***White Mountains Re Group, Ltd., one of the world’s leading reinsurance organizations, signed a new 10-year, 4,143-square-foot lease at the Matrix Center located at 39 Old Ridgebury Road in Danbury, CT.
Robert Eber, senior associate of CB Richard Ellis’ Stamford office, represented the ownership, Matrix Realty Group, LLC, in the transaction.
“The Matrix Center proved the ideal location for White Mountains Re Group’s expansion into Danbury,” said Mr. Eber. “The new office will now better serve the employees who live in the area.”
The Matrix Center is a four-story, 1,200,000-square-foot premier Class A office building located at 39 Old Ridgebury Road in Danbury, CT. Building amenities include several restaurants, a fitness center, outdoor jogging/walking trail, state-of-the-art conference center and covered parking. The property is situated on 99.5 acres directly off Interstate 84 and is easily accessibly to Upper and Lower Fairfield, Westchester and Putnam counties.
