The Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, Inc. recently awarded William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty agent Gloria Kowalczyk the 2013 Local REALTOR® of the Year award among all the agents in Stamford, Connecticut.
The Connecticut Association of REALTORS® Awards Program explains that the 2013 Local REALTOR® of the year award is an “illustrious award given annually to one REALTOR® who demonstrates commitment, leadership and great strength to the REALTOR® trade association on the State, National and Local levels.”

Gloria has been a Realtor with William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty for over 30 years, and has managed several developments from initial construction to final completion. She has held various leadership positions in her real estate career including Director of the Stamford Board of REALTORS®, Director of the Connecticut Association of REALTORS®, Director of the National Association of REALTORS®, Director of the Connecticut Multiple Listing Service, and Accredited Relocation Specialist, and she has been certified as a New Homes and Land Specialist. Gloria also gives back to the community. For ten consecutive years she has been a member of the Stamford Health Foundation Fundraising and Recruitment Board, and has been the Captain and Organizer of the William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty team The Bennett Center Cancer Walk, which is consistently recognized for outstanding performance.
