Metro North to start shutting down service Saturday as blizzard continues

As the blizzard continues its march over our area, Metro North announced that it will suspend service systemwide Saturday afternoon.

From New Haven the last train will depart at 3:25 pm and will make all stops to Grand Central.

From Stamford, the 4:02 p.m. train will make all stops to Grand Central as well.

Coming into Connecticut, the last train will depart Grand Central at 4:02 p.m. and will make all stop to New Haven. At Stamford, South Norwalk and Bridgeport connecting service on the branch lines will be available.
